Maritime Shipping & Logistics Officer
Responsibilities
- Contacting shipping lines for container bookings
- Data entry of booking details into SAP ERP system
- Following up container schedules and making sure container enters vessel on time.
- Following up with clearing agent for container registration.
- Submitting Bill of Lading Instructions (Shipper, consignee, notify party etc.) to shipping line.
- Following up and processing shipping line invoices.
- Collection of Bills of Lading from shipping lines.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge in English language.
- Bachelors degree in Shipping & Logistics, preferably from GJU.
- Entry level experience is accepted.
