Communications & Reservations Agent

The Role

Response to all guests reservations requests, phone calls and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Assist Reservations with Communications- Reservations - CORE non phone related duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
  • Taking telephone, e-mail and fax reservations enquiries.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel and the company, and keep updated with seasonal changes and new information.
  • Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the Hotel computer systems and high-speed Internet system.
  • Responsible for Communications- Reservations - CORE non- phone duties including processing new reservations, updating and cleaning up reservations, answering reservations inbox emails.
  • Answers general Reservations emails, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.
  • Accepts and delivers wake-up calls and messages in a timely manner.
  • Performs installation and repairs of telephone or high-speed Internet services in the guest room or public area meeting space.
