Position: Learning & Development Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- To work in partnership with Human Resources Business Partner and Organizational Change team to diagnose learning needs across the organization to support new and improving learning requirements across the organization.
- To support the central projects across the organization.
- Coordinating training bookings, venue hires, maintaining evaluation, and great partnerships working with external training providers.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office- PowerPoint and online design websites.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the working days.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- A minimum of five years of Commercial medical representative experience is required.
- Managerial experience is a plus
- French Language is a plus.
