Human Resources Officer
To provide support in the development and implementation of HR processes. To support in the implementation of the Training & Development strategy through working with external providers to develop the skills and competencies of JRF staff so they can perform their tasks efficiently and effectively to meet current and future business needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assists in the recruitment process within defined timelines that includes conducting employment checks, pre-screening and arranging interviews to enable selection of quality talent for vacant positions.
- Administers joining formalities of the new hires ensuring that all the documentation provided by the new hire is accurate and up-to-date to finalize new hire requirements.
- Inputs all new joiners accurately on the system after receiving a complete paper file to ensure accurate and detailed documentation.
- Contributes in preparing and designing annual training plans and calendar updates for each department to provide them with needed training to perform efficiently.
- Contributes in developing and managing logistics necessary for successful delivery of training programs to meet training objectives.
- Studies offers made by vendors, institutions and training companies and negotiate with them in coordination with HR Senior Manager to support the managements in making the best decision,
- Prepares, updates and distributes agendas, attendance sheets, evaluations and summary of training programs to ensure that training is meeting its objectives.
- Supports with the development and implementation of any future additional learning programs, and managing any administrative elements to ensure proper learning for the staff.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports related to Training & Volunteers to update managements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- MenaItech system knowledge is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
