1- Maintenance Manager

المسؤوليات

Ensure all maintenance activities are complying to JBC health, safety and environmental procedures.
Manage the establishment of strategies and goals for maintenance department’s functions providing effective planning and control so that business plan targets are met.
Manage the establishment of maintenance department policies and procedures to assure safe and correct employee’s activities and equipment operation.
Manage the implementation of standard safe work practices and procedures, as well as reviewing and investigating all injuries related to work and enforcing necessary corrective actions.
Manage subordinate participation in safety meetings and providing tail gates in addition to Manage performing safety SCANS to assure safety policies are well applied.
Manage the reliability and inspection function to assure full compliance with the international inspection and Pm/Pd procedures on rotating and stationery equipment, and achieving continuous improvement by pushing on RCFA for the different failures and on getting all related corrective actions done.
Manage the Mechanical and E&I sanctions and assuring the proper corrective maintenance and repair work done in the highest standard and within a quality control process to get the problems solved correctly from the first time.
Manage keeping the plants running with the highest availability and OEE, by enforcing getting the work done safely, right the first time, minimize break ins, minimize the time of the repairs, and assure availability of critical spare parts.
Manage internal department training to assure suitable training is provided for maintenance employees according to their responsibilities so all activities within department are performed safely and correctly.
Monitor the department function’s performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/ corrective actions are taken accordingly.
Assure that maintenance work continuously within the highest standards and benchmark the maintenance activities and procedures continuously with the best industrial practices to implement the state-of-the art technologies and ensure continuous improvement.
Set the maintenance budget and financial forecasting and monitoring the expenditures of Maintenance department function to assure that the financial performance is according to the budget.
Ensuring the Human Resources activities within the Maintenance department (vacations, time attendance, training …etc) are all in line with set policies while directing corrective actions when necessary.
مؤهلات

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
10 years’ experience of maintenance management within chemical / petrochemical industry.
Internationally recognized certifications related to work scope such as CMM, CMRP, CPMM
Advanced leadership and management skills.
Advanced English language and computer skills.
Advanced knowledge about mechanical equipment and International Mechanical standards
Advanced knowledge about E&I equipment and standards.
