coordinator for commercial department
Sally Marketing Co. (Nafeeseh Sweets) is looking for an experienced coordinator for commercial department (export logistics franchise)(female) to join its team:
- Follow up shipping procedures with suppliers and shipping companies
- Collecting and updating the data of completed shipment in the logistics report and implementing the reports within predetermined time schedule.
- Transmittal of required documents to related department entry of logistics data, documentation
- Follow up the logistics documents (freight bill, bill of lading, freight charge., etc. …)
- Follow up e-mails and daily correspondence efficiently and respond professional as required
- Follow up customs clearance procedures
- Track shipments from issuance of purchase orders to delivery at destination
