Procurement Supervisor
Job Description
At LEADERS Center, we are seeking for an experienced procurement supervisor to provide production support for SAP procurement and accounts payable modules including testing support and enhancement packs, designing minor enhancements to SAP procurement modules, supporting key constituencies, and resolving system problems.
Key Accountabilities
· Support the implementation of appropriate SAP processes, the related procurement and materials management policies.
· Assist with analysis and documentation of business processes as they pertain to the effect of services being procured.
· Oversee activities that implement inventory and investment recovery practices.
· Monitor the implementation of sourcing strategies and processes.
· Conduct buying and post-order management activities ensure proper handling and resolution of procure-to-pay exceptions.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or related fields.
· Minimum 4-6 years of experience in procurement department within retail or FMCG.
· Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
· Category management experience (Ingredients, Packaging).
· You must possess strong organizational skills and have a good understanding of customer / supplier relations.
· Requisition equipment, materials and/or supplies according to established policies and procedures.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Superb leadership ability.
