Finance Manager
To oversee financial activities such as financial control, financial analysis, management reporting and financial performance in compliance with IFRS and providing inputs for financial system development and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the company’s finance director to develop and monitor financial policies and procedures.
- Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to determine accurate forecasts of future performance.
- Manage budgets for expenses and capital expenditures.
- Prepare the trial balance and the financial reports monthly.
- Manages the accounting department.
- Assists with financial analyses and projections as needed.
- Ensures that all accounting procedures are followed accurately and on time.
- Oversees the collection of data for financial reports.
- Develop ideas to improve profitability by identifying new opportunities, cutting costs, and increasing revenue.
- The preparation of financial statements annually.
- To run and manage Internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance / accounting.
- MBA, CMA will be an added advantage.
- ERP experience is a must. Oracle experience is added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
