Customer Sales Engineer/Customer Services Engineer (m/f/d) based in Jordan
Your Responsibilities:
- train distributors about maintenance procedures according to Duerr Dental standards
- give full support to distributors for planning, installation and technical issues that are reported
- follow up on all cases reported
- collaborate between the Service Department in Headquarter and distribution
- develop and maintain professional business relationships with distributors and end users
- travel within the region to visit and train distributors as well as participate in company training in Germany
- proper reporting using various reporting forms related to field calls with clear and concise messages and solutions
- consult and follow superior’s instructions with regards to technical tasks
- develop own technical skills through personal commitment and the support of superiors
- maintain a safe work environment in the office and at customer’s sites
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university
- proficiency in working with computers and strong networking background
- expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- effective time management and organization skills
- team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- self-motivated
- driver’s license required and flexibility for frequent travel
