Technical Manager
- Studying the RFQ and RFP and preparing the technical proposals.
- Studying customer requirements and creating solutions.
- Develop and create the products and solutions.
- Work with the sales team and attend meetings to meet customer needs.
- Work with the operations and production teams on product development and requirements such as raw material specs and machines.
- Work with the QA/QC manager on customer complaints and solve them.
- Work with the QA/QC manager in the ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system as an internal auditor.
- Study and support Techline teams in the International Standard for our products and Specs.
- Prepare and design the Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
- Prepare and design the Manual installation for products
- prepare coding products according to the spec.
- Request and get the certifications for Techline products.
- Approve and register the new products.
- being up to date with new technologies with respect to FOC.
- Experienced in fiber optic cable design and structured cable construction.
- Having the know-how and experience with fiber optic network and optical passive components in terms of installation, testing and commissioning.
Educational Qualifications:
B.SC in Telecommunication Engineering or a similar filed.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years.

Technical Skills:
Computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak).
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
