The King Hussein Foundation/ Institute For Family Health is looking to recruit a 

1- Community Mobilizer / Azraq Camp Refugees (Child Protection Project - Fixed Term Project):

Job Purpose:

Connect and interlink with local community institutions aiming to introduce the IFH services in society.

Major Responsibilities:

- follow up and managing project Volunteers in the field.
- Conduct workshops with coordination with local institution (organizations, schools …. etc.)
- Conduct awareness sessions about medical services that provided by IFH .
- Conduct activities for people with special needs to merge them in society to increase their social communication.

Requirements:

 - bachelor's degree in sociology or any related Field in Humanities.
 - (3) years minimum experience.
- Good Awareness of SOPs procedures.

Skills & Abilities:
 
- Good Knowledge with child rights agreements.
- Good computer skills ( Ms Office) specially Excel.
- Good awareness of preparation reports either in Arabic or English.
- Good communication skills.
 
 
Language Requirements:
-  Excellent Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written).


2- Counsellor / Azraq Camp Refugees (Child Protection Project - Fixed Term Project):

Job Purpose:

 Identify the case needs, follow it up, coordinate and network with institutions and individuals either inside and outside the institution and follow up the case from the opening of the file until its closure.

Major Responsibilities:

- Conduct Initial Interview for the case including initial assessment.
- Documentation of the case’s information on the organization systems and platforms.
- Ensure protection of the case with follow up to guarantee his / her safety.
- Conduct case conference for all cases regardless of its classification.
- Continues follow up for the case.
- Close the case file after completing the work plan with coordination with specialists through the case conference.

Requirements:

- bachelor’s degree in psychology or sociology or any related Field.
- (3) years minimum experience in child protection.
- Good Awareness of SOPs procedures.
- Familiar with psychological first aid.

Skills & Abilities:

- Good Knowledge with child rights agreements.
- Good computer skills ( Ms Office) and statistical software.
- Good awareness of preparation reports.
- Good communication skills.

 
Language Requirements:

- Excellent Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good English communication Skills (both oral and written).

3- 
Technical Field Officer / Azraq Camp Refugees (Child Protection Fixed Term Project.


Job Purpose:

Implement technical programs and plans and monitor work progress in accordance with the schedules established for this purpose, while ensuring the application of SOPs and NCFA procedures related to gender-based violence and child protection in accordance with national and Ministry of Education procedures. The technical field officer will Follow-up and coordinate with the technical supervisor and project manager to meet work requirements that ensure the technical and administrative implementation of the project objectives. 

Major Responsibilities :

- Coordinate technical supervision plans with the direct technical supervisor.
- Working with the work team to prepare various technical reports for the project.
- Assist in the development of technical supervision plans for the work team, in collaboration with the technical supervisor and project manager.
- Ensure that the project forms approved by the project staff are used and filled out in order to achieve effective results in collaboration with the technical supervisor.
- Coordination with the technical supervisor, as well as follow-up saving of all project files on paper and electronically.
- Contribute to the development of project implementation mechanisms and methods, as well as updating project forms to reflect the nature of the work.
- Organizing and carrying out training and awareness sessions, workshops, and activities both inside and outside the Institute.
- Represent the Institute at meetings, courses, continuing education, and trainings in collaboration with the project manager and technical supervisor.

Requirements:

 - Bachelor’s degree in psychology or psychological counseling or any related Field, Master’s degree is preferred. 
  - (3-5) years minimum experience in Psychology and psychological counseling.
  - (5-8) years minimum experience in other Specialties.
 
Skills & Abilities:
     
- Good knowledge with child rights agreements.
- Good awareness of the law and regulations of humanitarian and international institutions.
- Ability to conduct trainings 
- Good computer skills ( Ms Office) specially Excel.
- Good awareness of preparation reports either in English or Arabic.
- Good communication skills.

 
Language Requirements:
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).

4- Team Leader / Azraq Camp Refugees - Child Protection Fixed Term Project:

Job Purpose:

Leading the team in different districts and coordinate the day-to-day work to achieve the project and IFH proposed targets through planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of activities.

Major Responsibilities:

- Monitoring day to day project activities.
- Planning towards achieving the proposed objectives of IFH and the project in the camp.
- Coordinating with implementing partners, organizations, and donors on Azraq camp level.
- Presenting IFH in working groups, task forces and coordination meetings on camp level.
- Submitting qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Following up and monitoring the workplan.
- Other tasks and duties delegated by the project manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, or any related Field.
- (2-3) years minimum experience of working as a team leader.
- Proven experience of working in camps.
- Experience in working with UN donors.

Skills & Abilities:

- Good knowledge with child rights agreements.
- Good awareness of the law and regulations of humanitarian and international institutions. 
- Good awareness of preparation reports either in English or Arabic.
- Strong communication, team building, and team player skills.
- Ability of working and understanding multicultural environments in which development and community engagement projects operate.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS word, Excel, etc.).

Language Requirements:

-  Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).

5- Case Manager / Azraq Camp Refugees (Child Protection Project - Fixed Term Project):

Job Purpose:

Identify the case needs, follow it up, coordinate and network with institutions and individuals either inside and outside the institution and follow up the case from the opening of the file until its closure.

Major Responsibilities:

- Conduct Initial Interview for the case including initial assessment.
- Documentation of the case’s information on the organization systems and platforms.
- Ensure protection of the case with follow up to guarantee his / her safety.
- Report any case exposed to violence through the official means of reporting.

Requirements:

- bachelor’s degree in psychology or sociology or any related Field.
- (2) years minimum experience in child protection.

Skills & Abilities:
- Good knowledge with child rights agreements
- Good computer skills ( Ms Office) and statistical software.
- Good awareness of preparation reports.
- Good communication skills.

 
Language Requirements:
- Excellent Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good English communication Skills (both oral and written).
