Position:Accountant
Language: English , Arabic
Placement Location: Saudi Arabia,Yanbu industrial city.
Minimum Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience.
Requirements and skills:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
•Preferably work experience as an Accountant.
•Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
•Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
•Good English Communication.
•Punctual and on time.
Responsibilities:
• Generating invoices/Tax Invoices and customer account statements
• Performing customer account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Maintaining, Review customer master file in ERP
• Approval of picking list for dispatch of goods
• Letter of Credit verification, negotiation and follow up with banks
• Recording of customer payments and handling of customer cheques
• Verification and confirmation of Bill of Lading
• Preparation, review and dispatch of export documents to the customer
• Producing monthly/weekly Customer Aging Reports and follow up for overdue accounts
• Processing and monitoring of Customer Credit Procedure
• Preparation of collection forecast
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries assisting in general financial management and analysis Liaison with external auditors.
• Generating Credit Notes and Debit notes participate in Physical Audit.
• Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by management in support of the ongoing development of the Company.
• Assist in monthly closing and finalizing of accounts
