Customer Experience Agent

We are looking for a highly talented, driven, and resourceful Customer Experience Agent to join our team. We are mainly looking for creative problem solvers with the right attitude to learn.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

  • Provide customers with product and service information

  • Enter new customer information into the system.

  • Update existing customer information

  • Process orders, forms, and applications

  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Route calls to the appropriate resource

  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

  • Complete call logs and prepare reports when needed redirect.

  • To make phone calls with customers to ensure the quality of the service that

    has been provided to them.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years of experience in customer experience, call center...

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field

  • Creativity and critical thinking skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Very good communication skills, verbal and written

  • Ability to set and meet deadlines

  • Presentable, motivated, cooperative, and dependable

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, verbal and written

  • Good computer skills
