iOS Team Lead
Looking for iOS Team Lead with the following:
Job Description
· Lead a development team.
· Introduce processes and engineering practices.
· Play a role of a Scrum Master: sprint planning, grooming, demo session and retros;
· Meet sprint commitments.
· Design, code and test features of the application.
· Conduct code reviews.
· Review and audit the design solutions.
· Participate in customer’s workshops and presentation of the proposed solution.
· Perform profiling and troubleshooting of the existing solutions.
· Create technical documentation.
· Managing high pressure situations and is flexible in working hours.
· Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning.
· Work on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes.
· Communicate clearly with business users and project managers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Technical team leading and team management experience, deep understanding of Agile (Scrum).
· Proficient with Objective-C and Swift (is a must).
· Proficient in mobile architecture (MVP or MVVM), design patterns and API design.
· Knowledge of UI/UX standards.
· Strong experience in applications design, development and maintenance.
· Solid knowledge of software design patterns and refactoring concepts.
· Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills.
· Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis.
· Possess expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
· Experience in client-driven large-scale implementation projects.
· Strong communication skills.
· Good verbal and written English.
· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS).
· Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
· Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
· 6+ years of experience in the same field.
