A financial company in Amman-Jordan is seeking for an administrative assistant with the following qualification:
Responsibilities:
o Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
o Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes of meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail.
• Minimum 1 Years of experience in a similar role
