1- Marketing and sales representative

(Female Marketing and sales representative) is required to work for Home Automation company in Amman, for interested candidates please read the Duties & Qualifications carefully before send the CV.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  •  Prepares and completes action plans to comply with customer-service standards.
  • Resolves problems and identifies trends to determine system improvements and implement needed changes.
  • Prepares marketing budgets and determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas as necessary.
  • Projects expected sales profit for existing and new projects while establishing pricing strategies, monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Reports to Executive Manager.

Qualifications:
A BA in Electrical Engineering. Four years of low current systems experience in marketing and sales. Must be knowledgeable in marketing concepts and people management. Must be skilled in sales planning, client relationships and creative services. Also candidate are required to be very well in Business English (writing, speaking, and reading).

2-  Personal Assistant / Head of operations


  • Takes responsibility and initiative in effective running of all business operations.
  • Creates a department strategic plan which complies with and enhances the company-wide strategic plan and business plan.
  • Provides effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines, monitoring project costs and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Liaises with other departments, including finance and marketing, to ensure operations budgets and proper advertisements which meet department goals and attract clients.
  • Maintains strong relationships with any third-parties (vendors, financial institutions, suppliers) the department works with regularly to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of products and services.
  • Provides outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and work quality.
  • Identifies patterns and problem areas, and implements effective solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Maintains strong relationships with clients to drive sales and network with new clients.
  • Reports to executive manager.

Qualifications:
A BA in Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline and 6 years of experience. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be team oriented and have extensive management experience, Also candidate are required to be very well in Business English (writing, speaking, and reading).
