1- Graphic Designer
About the position
Under this position, the candidate will be reporting to the Senior Communication Officer.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designs and marketing materials for the Al Aman Fund to achieve marketing goals, while keeping the Fund’s identity and guidelines in all communications.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Create and develop original innovative designs and visuals that are in line with the Fund’s educational identity.
• Create designs in different forms including: print & digital, etc.
• Develop and create in-house dummies/ prototypes when needed for some print promotional materials.
• Keep accurate digital records for all projects/ jobs and maintain organized archiving and back up of all digital files.
• Communicate with different departments when needed to understand and/or to explain the direction of requested design jobs.
• Submit quality designs/ artworks in terms of: Alignment, text formatting, balance, unity, etc.
• Focus on the details and rationale between the assigned content and the design layout & concept.
• Make sure to apply the visual marketing & communications principles while creating visuals and design tasks.
• Make sure deadlines are met, in coordination with the direct manager.
• The willingness to accept feedback and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
Relevant Experience for the Position:
• 2-3 years graphic design experience, preferably in an agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designer or any related field.
• Excellent command of both Arabic & English Language

• Organization of digital and administrative files.
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
Technical Skills:
• Excellent in Illustration drawing skills

2- Digital Marketing Specialist
About the position (Digital Marketing Specialist):
Develop, manage and constantly optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEM campaigns
- Track and analyze website traffic and devise plans to drive high quality online traffic to the website.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversions
- Creating new content to be utilized in content marketing emails, online, social media, etc.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the website’s content
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website and pages on social media channels.
- Conduct customer research, market conditions research, and analyze competitor data.
- Measure and report performance of all E-Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals to enhance campaign results
- Collaborate with agencies and other partners.

- Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all projects goals are met and all projects are completed on time and to budget
- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO audits and competitor analysis for clients and report back to the Senior Communication Coordinator
- Carry out SEO outreach and link building, implement and maintain SEO strategies and create SEO-optimized copy for a range of platforms in the form of blogs, product descriptions, tweets, articles and reports
- Help to monitor brand mentions across the web
- Liaise with in-house designers to create online and offline marketing material
- Work with the PR agency to help distribute brand information and news across the web
- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.
- Execution and optimization of Social Media Marketing efforts
- Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with end users
- Support and edit articles and blog posts created by other team members.
- Help create a voice of the company for all social media channels and for social media.
- Provide expertise on social media and digital content best practices & emerging trends
- Work closely with our team to maintain accuracy and integrity of our message and brand.
Relevant Experience for the Position:
• 2-3 years digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
• Excellent command of both Arabic & English Language
Knowledge, Ability and Skills
- Candidates should be expert in all social media platforms including FB,TWITTER,INSTAGRAM,YOUTUBE,SNAPCHAT
- BSc BA in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C and B2B social media marketing, SEM and email campaigns
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
- Skills and experience in creative online content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills: good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadline
