Luminus Technical University College (LTUC) - a member of Luminus Education - has partnered with Code Fellows, a coding academy offering world-class software development training, to introduce a Coding Program under Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair School of Advanced Technology. Through this step, LTUC aims to bring to the local market the time-efficient and industry-tested teaching methods and curriculum of Code Fellows to help create home-grown talent that can meet the needs and grow the potential of Jordan’s evolving technology sector.
The pioneering Coding Program leverages fast-paced, career-focused and immersive education known for driving tangible results in a short amount of time. Geared towards passionate learners, the Program hones the skills required for today’s jobs by providing students with hands-on software development experience in full-stack JavaScript, Python, ASP.NET and Java, as well as beginner-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript courses, so they may effectively contribute to the companies they join.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the best possible, highest quality learning environment for students
- Work with the lead instructor to monitor the class schedule
- Ensure the classroom environment is safe
- Operate according to the guidelines and rules set forth in the Code Fellows TA Handbook
- Proactively assist student learning in-person and online
- Evaluate assignments and provide meaningful feedback
- Alert the Company to any significant student issues that arise right away to pull in support, help, and provide resources
- Record student attendance, performance and report to admissions/headquarters staff for recordkeeping
- Attend community tech events on occasion
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant studies.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ongoing interest in new technologies.
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
