Corporate IT Operations Specialist
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
- Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.
- Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance.
- Manage user accounts and data backups.
- Take part in shift rotation
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Written and verbal communications.
- Enthusiasm for continual learning and developing new skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Team spirit.
