Job Description

Manage product lifecycle from end to end, including developing value propositions and business cases for new products, Work with several departments to Launch and deploy unique customer experience through dedicated services and offers, Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships across technology, marketing, and go-to-market disciplines, Launching Products and Services by designing & developing product concepts, business models, market segmentation, and Media Communications, Develop detailed profiles of target customers data and niche market opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of smart home and/or IoT market, Create Orange Smart life device manufacturer partnership strategy to bring compelling experiences to customers, Manage both executive and working level relationships with large smart home device partners in target segments, Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and senior management to execute on the relationships, Building the strategy for the next generation of smart homes, keeping up to date with new technology trends and opportunities and disruptive business models, Interface with high-level partners and internal teams to gather business requirements for software and hardware, Build product Roadmap to roll out new products and product versions. Diversify product line and value-added services to address key market areas, Make regular reports to senior management on product KPIs, development timeline, marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, compliance laws, and relevant market trends, Develop communication briefs highlighting the targeted segment, message to customers & communication channels used within available budget while identifying the value proposition. Coordinate and work with all concerned departments all the time to ensure delivering best value propositions, facilitating customer journey, and increase customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field,7+ years of product management experience, with experience in all aspects of life cycle, Strong general understanding and vision for IoT hardware, software, and technical requirements. Experience with IoT and smart home technology is a strong plus, Experience working with emerging technologies and/or Smart Home, Excellent command of Microsoft office, specially Excel, Excellent command in Arabic & English languages (written & spoken)

2- Programs PMO Leader

Job Description
- Setting Programs' Project management plans according to the Agreements - Ensuring the fulfillment of Orange Jordan's contractual commitments related to the Programs in terms of deliverables - Supporting the rehabilitations, preparation and maintenance of program official physical locations, lease contracts, cleanness, branding, and security. - Managing all communication plans of the program in light of Programs and with alignment the corporate communications messages and campaigns related to all CSR & CER plans for Orange and align with social media, branding, commercial and internal communications to ensure consistency. - Manage Programs budgets and all related financial details - Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming Programs' risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Working closely with programs manager, sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and build scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for the Programs and ensuring proper run arrangements
Job Requirements :

3- Projects Manager

Job Description

Leads VAS & Communication services projects with moderate complexity and contributes to highly complex projects milestones to ensure successful commercial launch for services within time plan with no network or service impact,Prepare and present projects status and milestones according to department projects plan.,Support junior engineers in building skills and technical competences to make them aware of network elements architecture by knowledge transfer under team leader supervision,Responsible for VAS/Communication platforms design, dimensioning, planning and upgrades,Working with business teams to implement new requests and to ensure:,a. Best practice technical design and deployment,b. Full services testing to avoid any customer complains,c. Successful Commercial launch for services within requested launch date,d. No network outages or interruption or unexpected network load and utilization,e. Improve customer experience and journey,f. 6-Access Networks Engineering Team Leader

Job Description

Manages Access Network employees (setting/cascading objectives, follow up, evaluation, team/competency building and empowerment).,Accountable for RAN KPIs, Network capacity, performance and QoS.,Accountable for Access Network architecture design and nodes dimensioning. Accountable for Access Network interfaces design and dimensioning. Manage the RAN licenses usage and expansion. Conduct RAN capacity studies to define the needed network expansions in near and far future. Specify the Bill of Material for RAN equipment orders. Study, plan, implement and test new RAN features. Accountable for RAN software releases upgrade planning and testing. Do the needed access network parameters optimization and tuning. Maintain availability of RAN equipment stock. Follow the evolution of Access Network, release strategy and new technologies (HW and SW),Managing CAPEX budget and financial related tasks including investments, ordering, receiving, provisioning, reporting, invoicing, building TCO and business cases, and negotiation with suppliers. Project Management for Access Network projects and coordination with all related teams and vendors. High ability to engage and interact with senior management and technical staff, Interface with Marketing and Sales teams and support business needs. Maintain synchronization of local activities with Orange Group recommendations and guidelines. Assure the execution of processes and procedures and update them according to new inputs and possible improvements. Holds mobile access networks expertise covering all radio technologies (2G/3G/4G) and all related RAN nodes (BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, BSC, RNC).

Job Requirements :
