A Big Furniture and Woodwork Factory outside Jordan specialized in Kitchens and Doors, Hiring a “ PRODUCTION MANAGER “ with the following conditions:
1. Held University Engineering Degree.
2. Gender: Male
3. Fluent in English.
4. Good experience in wooden factories, especially in Kitchens’ and doors’ department.
5. Familiar with computer software and has good skills in programs.
6. A Knowledge in CNC Machines.

And with the following responsibilities :
• Collaborate with the Design Department to ensure designs are consistent with reducing the cost and amount of raw material waste during production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Design departments to ensure the successful run of receiving and shipping schedule, and contribute to business improvement and strategy initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Department regarding raw materials.
• Inspect the quality of finished products and check on machine and operator efficiency.
• Develop and implement a process improvement program to reduce costs and waste of raw material
• Manage timelines and work priorities and allocate resources to meet the assigned factory timelines and goals.
• Manage a large team.
• Submit weekly reports to the CEO and GM, related to production and any other arising problems.
