Managed Services Specialist – Security Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Establishing and constructing security standards and best practices that an organization should follow
- Implementing security controls to protect an organization’s infrastructure, computer system, and digital files
- Organizing and conducting scans and testing in order to identify vulnerabilities
- Reporting results of scanning or testing and providing security recommendations for further system security enhancement directly to the management
- Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols
- Ensuring that the organization is aware of security incidents as much as possible, as quickly as possible
- Educating the workforce on information security standards, policies, and best practices
- Conducting penetration testing by simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses
- Monitoring networks and systems for security breaches, through the use of software that detect intrusions and abnormal system behavior
- Responding to any security breaches or intrusions that may occur.
- Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security, Endpoint Security, Sandboxing, SIEM, DNS security, DLP, and related technologies.
- Solid background in Network and Network Security
- Provide the necessary assistant and support for the organization and their customers.
- Plan design and implement IDC (Internet Data Center) upgrades and evolution
- Provide NOC team with adequate technical tools for monitoring and managing security systems and networks
- Advanced problem troubleshooting/isolation
- Advanced problem resolution following written procedures
- New procedures creations/initiations
- Procedures maintenance and validation
- Report creation, validation & distribution
- Support sales organization for technical matters when required
- Quality assurance and management
- Security projects implementation (Firewalls, DNS, switch configurations, network operating systems configurations, etc.)
- Proper vulnerability management.
- Assist in reporting and documentation, tuning on the tools, introduction of new products/tools for the NOC
- Assist in other activities and projects as needed
- Implementation and maintenance of network security
- Customer projects reporting
- Managing technical escalations

إجراء اختبار الاختراق بمحاكاة هجوم على النظام لاكتشاف نقاط الضعف القابلة للاستغلال
مراقبة الشبكات والأنظمة بحثًا عن الخروقات الأمنية ، من خلال استخدام برمجيات تكشف الاختراقات وسلوك النظام غير الطبيعي
الاستجابة لأية خروقات أمنية أو اقتحامات قد تحدث.
تجربة مع جدران الحماية (الوظائف والصيانة) ، وأمن Office 365 ، وأمن نقطة النهاية ، و Sandboxing ، و SIEM ، وأمان DNS ، و DLP ، والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
خلفية صلبة في أمن الشبكات والشبكات
توفير المساعد والدعم اللازمين للمنظمة وعملائها.
التخطيط لتصميم وتنفيذ ترقيات IDC (مركز بيانات الإنترنت) وتطورها
تزويد فريق NOC بالأدوات التقنية المناسبة لمراقبة وإدارة أنظمة وشبكات الأمن
مشكلة متقدمة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها / العزلة
حل المشكلة المتقدم بعد الإجراءات المكتوبة
إبداعات / مبادرات إجراءات جديدة
إجراءات الصيانة والتحقق
إنشاء التقرير والتحقق من صحته وتوزيعه
دعم تنظيم المبيعات للمسائل الفنية عند الحاجة
ضمان الجودة والإدارة
تنفيذ مشاريع الأمان (جدران الحماية ، DNS ، تكوينات المحول ، تكوينات أنظمة تشغيل الشبكة ، إلخ.)
الإدارة السليمة للضعف.
المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والتوثيق ، وضبط الأدوات ، وإدخال منتجات / أدوات جديدة لشهادة عدم الممانعة
المساعدة في الأنشطة والمشاريع الأخرى حسب الحاجة
تنفيذ وصيانة أمن الشبكة
تقارير مشاريع العملاء
إدارة التصعيد الفني
What Do You Need to Qualify
The Suitable Candidate Should Fit The Below Requirements:
Computer and Communication Engineer (CCE) or another degree in relevant discipline
4-6 years of experience in Networking & Security ( Switches,Routers, Firewalls, SMIE, Sandboxing, WAF, etc)
يجب أن يلبي المرشح المناسب المتطلبات التالية:
مهندس الكمبيوتر والاتصالات (CCE) أو درجة أخرى في التخصص ذي الصلة
4-6 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الشبكات والأمن (مفاتيح ، أجهزة توجيه ، جدران حماية ، SMIE ، Sandboxing ، WAF ، إلخ)
Experience & Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and managing high-end infrastructure security, SIEM solutions, WAF and Firewalls, DNS Security, VA/PT, DDoS prevention solutions.
- CCIE Security, NSE4 are plus.
- Experience in planning, designing, implementing, and managing security, networks, and Platforms.
- Systematic and process oriented.
- Good troubleshooting, project management, communication, and presentation skills
- English and Arabic are a must.
الخبرة والمهارات المطلوبة:
معرفة ممتازة وخبرة عملية في تكوين ودعم وإدارة أمان البنية التحتية المتطورة وحلول SIEM و WAF والجدران النارية وأمن DNS و VA / PT وحلول منع DDoS.
CCIE Security ، NSE4 زائد.
خبرة في تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ وإدارة الأمن والشبكات والأنظمة الأساسية.
