We are looking to hire the below:

1- HR/Admin Coordinator

- Arabic Nationality.

- Full knowledge in all the online government procedures like (licenses/contracts/governmental contracts/residencies….etc). 

- Good experience in creating & updating employees files soft and hard copies.

- 2+ years experience in similar role

- Package : 350 - 400 KD

- Working hours from 8 - 4, 5 days a-week.

- Must have Real Estate or Hospitality Background

- Worked with system like oracle/ ERP/ SAP

- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports, analyzing trends, costs, revenues financial commitments. 

- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

- Self motivation, Attention to detail, deadline oriented, reporting skills and confidentiality 

• Min 3 plus years of relevant experience

• Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification 

• Good communication and MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. 

• Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic is must

• Residence Location: Kuwait, Preferred female Arabic nationalities 

• Total Salary: Company standard
