Automotive Operations Manager


A well-known automotive company in Amman is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of “Automotive Operations Manager” who will be responsible of the corporate management, direction and coordination of the company’s operations and activities in order to optimize sales, cost controls and other operational and administrative goals and objectives. The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:


10 years of experience of managing a department within a high performing, fast paced manufacturing environment - ideally Automotive

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field

Excellent command of English language both written and verbal

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:


following up with all the company’s branch performance with regards to their daily sales performance, showroom visitors.

concluding monthly reports as well as following up on Company’s activities, marketing channels performance and formatting work procedures as applicable.

Management, supervision and guidance of entire Logistics issues

Retain the corporate culture throughout our company

Devise and implement new business as required.

Manage, update and following up the daily Walk ins and Sales report with Sales Dept.

works closely with Company's CEO on purchasing orders, logistical issues, and related financial work

Manage and secure the implementation of Company's business in accordance to the directions and vision of Company’s CEO/ GM.

Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. 


Sales Manager

A well-known automotive company in Amman is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of “Sales Manager” who will be responsible of driving forward the sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth, the ideal candidate must have experience in automotive industry sales with the following requirements:

10 years’ experience in automotive industry sales  
Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
Excellent leadership skills, and a practical experience of managing team members
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
Job responsibilities:
Manage, Develop, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople.
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
Prepare and updates the daily Walk –ins reports in coordination with sales team.
Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Compile regular reports for dealership management to review
The automotive sales managers have to manage the whole sales operation in the company and they are ones who report the sales figures to the top management
They have to come up with sales prediction for the future and then devise sales strategies to meet those set targets
They have to meet with the sales head of different areas on a regular basis to ensure that all the sales targets are met
aligning to work with the marketing, advertising, manufacturing department, etc. and even have to take in their input while making
have to constantly analyze the market conditions and make changes in the sales strategies accordingly
Following up the potential customers & outdoor visits and update the sheets.
