Pre-Sell Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:


Set the monthly sales targets for each member in his team in alignment with company’s sales targets.

Setting a clear sales plan to his members to assure achieving the monthly sales targets.


Assure the implementation of the routing system of his sales team members based on proper geographical segmentation.


Follow up and solve the daily issues that maybe raised by his customers in his area through setting a daily visiting plan to his clients.


Assure the distribution of all the company's SKUs in his covered outlets.


Continuous development of his area by increasing the number of covered outlets, and improving the service provided to the covered outlets.


Solving his members' daily market matters and their internal office requirements.


Follow up his member’s daily invoices and their collected cheques, by assure being submitted to the sales & finance depts.


Attend the daily loading procedure of his members in order to assure their alignment with the sales target trend.


Follow up the credit amounts in his area by implementing a weekly reconciliation system for his clients, and assure not to exceed their aging.


Follow up the returned cheques from his clients and assure its collection.


Prepare and submit the daily, weekly and monthly reports required by the sales dept.


Job Requirements:


BS/BA degree in business administration or related field

5 Years of previous experience 

Good English Languages skills

Computer skills

Leadership skills field oriented
