Pharmaceutical company is seeking to hire a Calibration Engineer to perform the below main duties and according to the below qualifications:
Main Duties:
* Execute the calibration activities of the equipment’s, instruments and devices and preserve their performance according to the calibration dates/due dates.
* Coordinate with the external calibration service providers by means of sending/receiving and reviewing the reports data, to ensure that all reference instruments and devices are calibrated up to date.
* Ensure of good documentation practices for the calibration related procedures, records and reports.
* Update the calibration schedule for all references, equipment, instruments and devices.
* Maintain the reference calibration devices and instruments.
* Coordinate the calibration activities with other departments.
* Implement the proper training for the operators.
* Follow-up on the change control system.
* Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve problems.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as Calibration Engineer in related pharmaceutical industry.
* Knowledge of cGMP requirements as they pertain to the calibration of manufacturing and lab equipment in a pharmaceutical environment.
* Troubleshooting skills, Organized and Time Management.
* Knowledge or experience with engineering drawings or blueprints.
* Candidate with Training Calibration Certificates is considered a plus.
