IT Support Administrator Intern
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department for a one year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Your Tasks Will Be
- Receiving and reviewing end-users’ inquiries and technical support requests as well as advising, recommending and providing professional solutions related to software, hardware or network systems over the phone, email or in-person and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Modifying and installing basic computer software and hardware on employees’ computers and ensuring they are periodically updated, as well as providing required training and technical assistance.
- Configuring user workstations, as well as integrating them with the existing servers, as well as ensuring proper network connectivity in different sites and branches through conducting periodical network maintenance.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
تلقي ومراجعة استفسارات المستخدمين النهائيين وطلبات الدعم الفني بالإضافة إلى تقديم المشورة والتوصية وتوفير الحلول المهنية المتعلقة بالبرامج أو الأجهزة أو أنظمة الشبكة عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو شخصيًا وفي الوقت المناسب وبطريقة دقيقة.
تعديل وتثبيت برامج وأجهزة الكمبيوتر الأساسية على أجهزة كمبيوتر الموظفين والتأكد من تحديثها بشكل دوري ، بالإضافة إلى توفير التدريب المطلوب والمساعدة الفنية.
تهيئة محطات عمل المستخدم ودمجها مع الخوادم الموجودة وكذلك ضمان الاتصال بالشبكة في مختلف المواقع والفروع من خلال إجراء الصيانة الدورية للشبكة.
أداء واجبات أخرى متعلقة بالوظيفة كما يكلفه بها المشرف المباشر

The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Fresh Graduate.
