A leading Trading company is seeking to recruit Office Manager (female):
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Minimum five years of experience two of which in a similar position.
Bilingual proficiency.
Excellent follow up and communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the GM’s business schedule and appointments
Ensure that the GM attends all important meetings
Manage the GM’s business phone calls
Conduct any research the GM needs
Problem solve any issues that the GM requests
Schedule meetings for the GM internally and externally
Serve as the communication channel between the GM management team
