LEADERS Center Looking for AR/AP Accountant
WE'RE HIRING!
Responsibilities:
• Reconcile transactions with statements
• Analyze and resolve outstanding AR/AP balances
• Manage inquiries, process vendor bills. and process payment runs.
• Update accounts and perform reconciliations
• Assist in Month end close process
• Monitor aging and collection of all accounts receivable
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments
• General daily accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions. verifications. etc.
Requirements:
• Accounting degree or equivalent
• Usually from 1.3 years accounts receivable/payable and general accounting experience
• knowledge of accounts receivable
• knowledge of office administration and procedures
• knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
• knowledge of general accounting principals
• proficient in relevant computer software ( MS Excel. MS Word, SAP)
• knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Able to multi task, work a flexible schedule.
