A reputation company based in Amman need to Social Media Executive to work as a full-time job:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to assist in guiding channel strategies, developing robust content plans, and driving social media campaigns to support company and brand initiative and ongoing activities. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who can guide the development of campaigns from ideation to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute social media strategy leveraging existing and emerging social media platforms
• Interact cross-functionally with brand marketing, design, product and sales to develop detailed briefs, shot lists and editorial content calendars for social channels
• Help ideate creative campaign ideas that will resonate with our audience and deliver our objective
• Plan and execute social media strategy by making use of competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience and influencer identification
• Help guide strategy aimed at different audience segments
• Be the eyes and ears of the brand across the entire social space
• Monitor conversations across social media, discover trending topics relevant to the product and address important mentions through escalation
• Discover community needs, build and manage a pool of influencers per platform
• Generate insights and provide recommendations to optimize community management
• Create and provide reports on a regular cadence, with analysis and actionable insights
• Monitor conversations across competitor, partner and other relevant groups, escalate strategic attacks on the products and provide insights into the competitive landscape
• Collaborate across different areas of the organization to ensure user feedback is being heard and acted upon
• Maintain regular community interaction on all channels - responses, feedback, etc.
• Manage up, ensuring a proper packaging of assets and proactively thinking ahead of potential needs and questions
Requirements:
• Bilingual – English and Arabic
• 2-3years experience
• Knowledge and prior use of social media management platforms
• A demonstrated passion and knowledge of social media marketing best practices on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat
• Proven track record of working collaboratively and being accountable
• Exceptional organizational skills and a great attention to detail
• Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in real estate or a similar industry
• Ability to tell meaningful stories
• Strong knowledge in the social media space and ability to create impactful and successful campaigns
• Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal
