We’re Hiring Jordanian Young Professional and Fresh Graduates, with Accounting, Finance or Business Degree
We are currently seeking Accountants to join our terrific team of professionals. The job including reporting directly to NY head office is also under US tax regulations, the chosen accountants will be particularly trained on QuickBooks online and business intelligence applications. This is an excellent opportunity for Finance and Accounting young professional to learn high standard procedures and to gain experience using latest business technology and to grow at one of notable promising tech retailers in the US market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performing key programmatic accounting functions.
Pull POS numbers and perpetuating accurate mapping to GL.
Constantly assessing revenues, cash deposits, commissions, and operating expenses to ensure they
are recorded appropriately including A) revenue audit: such as cash, credit sales and refunds. B)
Inventory: stock keeping, purchasing orders, receiving entries and internal transfers RMA).
Composing daily discrepancy reports to management as needed.
Prepare periodic reconciliations: daily, weekly and monthly etc.
Review vendor payments including rebates.
Supporting in areas of financial reporting, routinely audit processes, grant compliance and financial
operations.
Reconcile and monitor Head Office expenses.
Help in maintaining precise tax provisions and all regards to corporate taxation.
Assist financial management in the preparation of consolidated financial statements besides
improving their disclosure.
Qualifications and Skills; prioritized as follow:
BS in Accounting, Finance and related fields, with minimum 3.3 GPA, around B or 85%
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
Highly/advanced understanding of excel sheets, e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIFS Functions
is well preferred. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
