SAKKAB BROS – HILTI JORDAN is seeking to recruit "Customer Service Representative" for a full-time position, as per the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or other related fields
- Minimum 1-2 year of work experience in customer service
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Good Computer skills including Microsoft office Excellent working
- A high level of customer service and communication skills
- A good level of experience in customer service
