Job Summary:
BOB, Technical business solutions is looking to hire a part-time Quality Assurance, BOB is a B2B & SAAS (Software As A Service) product working in Ordering managing and commerce solution. It is a platform with different products both on the web and app. Our target customer falls into different industries & segments, with different product flavors.
Primary Duties Include:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Responsible for testing of an entire product across mobile apps, web, and APIs
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse testing activities simultaneously.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug report
- Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases for functional, regression, and system-level test activities against product requirements for mobile, API, and web applications
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Execute, drive and measure quality improvement strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of quality programs and monitoring and reporting.
- Set directions for the Operations team for creating and executing the action plans.
- Provide production quality health report to management and lead the continuous improvement activities accordingly
Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's in CS or related field +1 years of experience
- Extensive experience in testing for Web, APIs, Mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Extensive experience for backend testing APIs at least in one (Rest Assured, Postman, SOAPUI)
- Experience in Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/azure,
- developing and executing test cases and scripts from user requirements and technical specifications
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal customers;
- Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
