Zain Jordan is looking for a Data Analysis & Commission Team Member in the Consumer Business Department to be responsible for calculating consumer sales channels commissions such as Dealers, outdoor agents, franchise …etc with a high level of accuracy and delivery on time. In addition to providing reports and KPIs for consumer channels and try to automate those reports to reduce time and efforts.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Handling Consumer sales commission calculation such as but not limited to, Fiber outdoor team, BB outdoor team, Dealers Franchise including all transactions commission, employees commission and subsidy amount, Invoice collection commission through POSs, and measure Dealers performance and achievements.
  • Handling any consumer sales reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, using SAS or any other reporting tool available and making sure to automate the reports to be sent upon frequency. Reports such as but not limited to, commission dashboard, Commission paid on Tawasol, Revenues reports. 
  • Management of Kiosk machines by checking daily to make sure that they are filled with money and arrange with Brinks to replenish the machines whenever they are empty, and arrange with Aman (the vendor of the machine) in case of any damage to the machines
  • Tawasol lines Disconnection Support and Freeze option upon request from the area manager or TRC request.
  • POS's Broadcast messages sending within 2 hours from email request + messages for sites enhancement to the POS
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • 2 -5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and writing in English.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.

In addition, you will required to contribute to building, documenting and maintaining our API as well. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

·        Contribute to designing and building our own APIs in C# using OpenAPI

·        Be responsible for creating documentation using relevant tools as needed

Required Skills:

    We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing frontend services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

    Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
