We are looking for an Operations Manager with the below requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management.
- Experience in customer care contact centers.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Bilingual (Arabic / English).
- A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational background in Business or any related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office advanced skills.
- Located in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable residency is a must.
