Job Description
To Supervise the networks alarms on 24/7.,To handle the customer individual/mass complaints on 24/7 according to the agreed ITN-BU SLAs.,To diagnose faults properly so that faults are dispatched to the right team and on-time (to save time, cost & efforts).,To report faults (through FT creation & phone calls) on time.,To create incident SMS for all types of incidents (minor, major & critical) to alert all concerned in ITN and BUs.,To apply the escalation procedure when faults exceed the target TTR (Time To Repair).,To follow-up with the faults resolutions until they are finally resolved.,To support the field teams in minimizing the outages durations.,To be an active player in the “crisis management” processes.,To act as information gateway internally and externally (SPOC).,To provide "networks faults analysis"/"network unavailability per cause" reports
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics , and Computer Engineering,Knowledge in Mobile NW (LTE, 3G, 2G), Data NW (ADSL, LL ..etc), Transmission NW (SDH/PDH), Fixed Swithcing (PSTN/OCB) & TDM LL platforms (Tellindus),Knowledge in IT systems, Databases, and Operating Systems ( Win, Unix ..etc).,Fluent in English , written and spoken.,Communication and analytical skills.,Steadiness under pressure of work.
2- Communication and content Expert ( Limited Contract )
Job Description
- Submit reports to PMO & MEL team summarizing holistic overview of communication activities on pre-defined regular basis (monthly, quarterly, etc) including description of activities, date, engagements and reaches, screenshots proving KPIs, etc. - Coordinate with internal team members and external Media Agency to ensure delivery of tasks. - Support PMO staff and other Orange team members with all inquiries and communication-related activities. - Responsible for preparation and delivery events and workshops in coordination with team members. - Provide PMO with all requested inquiries on communication component to meet reporting commitments to donors. - Handle all collaborations with outsourced influencer under grants and any responsibility that falls under this. - Maintain high reputation of Orange and donors across all communications. - Other tasks related to the same nature of work mentioned in points above and as requested by direct Manager. - to work as an admin for some social media pages. - Responsible on any new responsibility requested by management.
Job Requirements

3- Core Switching Engineering Team Leader
Job Description
Manage and Plan the think and build functions for end to end cross functinoal core network projects invovling hardware and software upgrades, architecture optimization, products end of life treatment/swap, new core network solutions covering fixed and mobile core network domains (Circuit Switched domain, Packet Switched domain and IMS core domains). This involves main projects milestones of specifying/desiging capacity and archiecture, implmentation and build, apply test and validation procedures, planning cutover/fallback method of procedures, post implmentation performance assessment.,Maintain build and design documentation for all core network products (high level, low level, data flow diagrams) for the different projects carried out in mobile and fixed core network domains. Maintain network inventory.,Analyze performance and capacity KPIs to define expansions scope to assure fulfilling traffic growth and assure high performing fully resilient solutions for core network products.,Lead on the communication with Orange group operational and technology skill centers throug close followup of technical review meetings, network design and technology evolution seminars/workshops to assure assessing and deploying applicable group recommendations to maintain a high performance and secured core network.,Assure having the highest performance and most efficient/secured architecture in mobile and fixed core networks throughout monitoring regular KPIs, provide operation teams with operational procedures to perform regular backup, health check, disaster recovery procedures of mobile and fixed core network nodes.,Day to day coworking with core networks operation teams by providing support in the analysis and resolving of major/critical incidents and troubleshooting of mass customers complains. Analysis and verification of quick incident resolution and vendors root cause analysis / mitigations of such incidents.,Prepare work orders for operations team with clear configuration and testing instructions to implement core network changes.,Study and reply to idea feasibilities/product changes from business teams to implement new core network related services/features/policies/offers to fulfill business roadmap/requirements in timely manner and most efficient cost and customer journey procedures.,Participate in defining annual changes in core products (software upgrades, architecture optimization, resilience assurance, performance monitoring tools) to allow for propper strategic and budget planning exercises.,Coach and train the team members to build and enahnce their technical and skills competences that will result in efficient handling of assigned projects/work activities.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. Telecommunication engineering, or computer engineering,Minimum of 5 years experience in desigining/implmeneting/managing life cycle of mobile core network circuit and packet swicthing networks.,2-3 years experience in managing/supervising and coaching technical teams as part of managing the build of core network projects.,Managed complex and cross functional proejcts that involve day to day communication with vendors/internal technical and business teams.,Highly recommended is an experience for the build and integration of virtualized core network products and solutions including the IaaS build and engineering/life cycle management of such virtualized environments.,PMP or related project management skills is advisable.

5-Networks Security Expert
Job Description
- Design, implement, test, tune, and maintain enterprise-class Networks, Systems & physical security platforms and services to mitigate current and emerging threats while ensuring operational resilience and alignment to target Security Architecture, frameworks, and the business and technology strategies. - Define and maintain technical security standards and key controls of Security infrastructure. - Work on new security engineering projects in all security domains (Cyber Security & Physical Security) according to pre-defined time plans and project scope. - Work on investigations & forensics for root cause analysis and impact assessments of affected critical Networks, systems or data and manage the necessary short & long corrective action plans from security perspective. - Keeps security platforms, devices & appliances up-to-date and continuously tuned and updates solutions/devices configurations, network policies, and rules according to best practices and related vendors’ specifications & recommendations. - Ensures availability for all internal & external security services & solutions by establishing and maintaining disaster-recovery when needed, backup plans and access policies to ensure minimum service down-time. - Write and maintain technical documentation including design docs, test plans, project plans, procedures, incident reports and troubleshooting guidelines. - Participate in proposing, implementing, assessing and maintaining controls necessary to protect networks, systems, software & data in accordance with security requirements in all domains. - Part of job responsibilities is to work as an on-call support engineer in his/her specific role & scope and as part of incident response team in handling cyber security incidents according to shifts work pattern/model
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Telecom Engineering or IT equivalent field.
