Qualifications
- BSc degree in Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Supply chain certification is a plus.
Job Description
Scope of work:
Assure product availability & Deployment with the right quality, quantity, at the right time to meet sales and marketing demand & support manage the warehouses to implement company standards in cost, control, safety, and quality aspects to deliver overall AOP.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assure product availability and capture cases not available to load based on agents sales demand.
- Support manages the warehouses' deployment people planning, recruiting & training, incentive schemes, career development.
- Prepare deployment plan to load the agents’ trucks based on stock levels and production.
- Plan staff availability in shifts and control employees' working hours & overtime as per budget.
- Lead the availability of finished goods pallets to agents based on the stock level & production schedule.
- Problem analysis & solving, decision making on the action plans to rectify based on best practice standards.
- Assure the implementation and process of controls cycles (MIM, AIBI, QAS, and inventory), identify control gaps, and set remediation plans.
- Loading accuracy and implementing action plan supporting time to sell.
- Budget planning & tracking and cost optimizations.
- Participate in SIP, production daily meeting & regular communication meetings on (sales, control, quality, production…etc).
- Processes & assures WH-related documentation, approvals, and transactions.
- Conduct regular field visits to all warehouses.
- Ensure safety procedures are implemented as per standards.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- SAP, advanced Excel skills, data reporting is required.
- Excellent English command is required.
