We are looking for an organized Office Manager who is willing to accept new challenge to join our Human Resources department at MadfooatCom to organize our Admin division. Our Ideal candidate needs to be very organized and processed person. Creative and has the think out of the box mentality. Accountability is our definition in terms of culture. 
Job Purpose:
The main purpose behind hiring an Office Manager is to keep the office’s operations running smoothly through enforcing a healthy and hygienic working environment, creating policies and procedures that can boost company’s productivity, organizing and managing company’s events including and not limited to travel management and company’s meetings, and building employee engagement ideas and activities that can enhance employee satisfaction ratings to decrease the turnover rates.

Main Responsibilities: 
Creating policies and procedures that are built based on hygienic and healthy standards to maintain office’s efficiency and increase team’s productivity.
Managing Service Support team and Logistics team and coaching them to enhance the general appearance of the company and support other departments.
Creating procedures that will present the general appearance of the company in a pleasant and attractive way in front of internal/external stakeholders.
Welcoming visitors and supporting them to present the company in a very professional way.
Connecting and engaging with vendors to order general office supplies for the company.
Managing vendors to ensure that company has proceeded with the best out of them in terms of price, quality, and service.
Managing company’s working hours and attendance policy through taking the needed actions.
Creating kind of HR reports that will allow management monitoring their team members punctuality and adherence.
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in managing the onboarding program that aligns with the vision of engaging the new hires from the first day.
Supporting the HR team in managing the offboarding process.
Planning and managing HR’s event planning calendar, and HR’s weekly/morning meetings.
Creating campaigns in accordance with Marketing team to boost our employer branding on social media.
