      Izhiman’s family has become famous in the trade of coffee, spices, chocolate and nuts since 1920. The products have taken a prominent place in the kitchen of every house and every cafe’ in Jerusalem. “Branches Manager Vacancy”


Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:

1. Study the case of sales within the region and prepare marketing plans and strategies.

2. Analyze data to determine the best and most efficient way to sell.

3. Discover sales opportunities through consumer studies and research.

4. Provide training on sales techniques and distinguishing features of the organization's products and motivate the team.

5. Evaluate sales performance and measure key performance indicators.

6. Monitor and control competition within the assigned area.

7. Preparing and submitting reports to the sales department.

8. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting the volume of future sales to increase profits

9. Commitment to periodic inventory of branches

10. Supervising the branches managers

11. Follow up the availability of goods in the branches and ensure that there is no shortage of goods

12. Evaluating the branch's employees and making the necessary recommendations to develop the employees' performance 

Required qualifications, competences, and experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

2. Previous work experience in a branches manager position over 5 years. 

3. The ability to achieve the required percentage of sales.

4. Experience in field sales and direct customer handling.

5. Ability to develop sales strategies and use KPIs.

6. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Salesforce programs.

7. The ability to communicate with different personalities.

8. Ability to offer and negotiate.

9. Organizational ability and team leadership.

10. The ability to provide appropriate solutions to various problems.
