Job Description
· Provide customers with the organization’s service and information.
· Manage inbound, outbound, social media comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
· Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
· Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the CRM.
· Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
· Follow up complicated customer calls where required.
· Identify, escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management.
· Researching required information using available resources.
Job Requirements
Experience Needed:1 To 2 Years.
Career Level: Entry Level (Junior Level / Fresh Grad).
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
Able to work in shifts.
