Experience: 1 - 3 years.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's.
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the operation of the company Desktop environment. Troubleshoots PC’s, Network and Windows problems, determining the cause and correcting the problem.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge in trouble shooting network problems and connectivity to the internet.
* Good knowledge in trouble shooting Windows problems.
* Can communicate through phone and email by Arabic and English.
Duties:
* Install, configure and ongoing usability of desktop computers software.
* Provide help desk support queries via phone and email.
* Going to remote locations as needed to support user computer related issues.
* Document support calls in the Help Desk ticket system.
* Other duties as required.
