A Well Known Company is looking for an “IT Administrator”
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in computer science or information technology or related field.
-1-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
-Talk staff or through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
-Replace parts as required
-Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
-Support the roll-out of new applications
-Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
-Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
-work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
-priorities and manage many open cases at one time
-Test and evaluate new technology
-Monitor and Manage hardware (Servers/Network) in the data center.
-Manage internal servers' vitalization.
-Manage Active Directory, domain server, and user accounts.
-Manage and track company end-users assets.
Skills:
-Familiar with Microsoft technical including Windows servers, Active director, and domain servers.
-Familiar with Linux platform and installation.
-Familiar with VMWare virtualization.
-Familiar with firewalls and networking
-Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
-Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Good written and verbal communication
