Sondos Technology and Consulting is currently looking for an "Administrative Assistant / Secretary” with the following qualifications:


Job Title:

     Administrative Assistant / Secretary


Skills & Qualifications:


2+ years’ of administrative / secretarial work experience.

BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.

Excellent written and spoken communication in both languages (English and Arabic).

Experience in proposal, agreements and managing tender requirements documents

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Assisting in preparing and organizing promotional material or events (presentation).

Technical writing, editing and designing documents.

Maintain sales records, as a basis for reports to the senior management team.

Coordinating the Top Management activities by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Social awareness, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking.

Time management.

Work under pressure.
