Virtual Channels Jobs


Responsibilities


Develop and present the clients with new virtual channels that include : (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Chatbot).


Analyze the local financial market and conduct methodological researches on the competitive banks that provide virtual channels to their clients.


Participate in studies and identify business requirements for the requested amendments and updates or new digitalized services provided to the clients through virtual channels.  


Meet with the companies concerned in the applicant's presence to determine the scope of the amendments.


Participate in the information system checks of virtual channels when needed.


​Prepare an estimated budget for the Virtual Channels Centre and quality management based on the targets of the digitalized experiment, the quality of the digitalized services provided, and the extent to which they have achieved the desired objectives.



Digital Customer Experience Jobs

Responsibilities:


To digitally transform every current, potential, and new trend in the banking industry and assuring the availability of the already transformed ones.


To continue developing and improving the Bank's digital experience by continuing the evaluation process to ensure digital services to clients and continue to improve the Bank's level of service provided, based on the clients' feedback, to enforce the Bank's position in the banking market.


Monitor how receptive the clients are to the new digitalized services, manage and evaluate its digital experience life cycle, and alter them when needed.


Coordinate with the necessary departments and stakeholders to assess the digitalized experience, ascertain the quality of service delivery, oversee new updates and releases of any digitalized service and verify the transformation into the working environment.


Communicate with external agencies and facilitate arrangements for strategic partnership agreements with different agencies to develop the digitalized experience regarding all services provided by the Bank, whether to individuals, clients, or companies.


​Prepare an estimated budget for the Digital Experiment Centre and quality management based on the targets of the digitalized experiment, the quality of the digitalized services provided, and the extent to which they have achieved the desired objectives.

Self Service Technology Jobs

Responsibilities


Update and develop the self-service technologies provided by the Bank : (ATMs, ITMs, CDMs, Kiosk) or any other channel that uses the latest technologies to ensure a flawless and advanced digitalized experience to the current and potential clients.


Examine and meet the needs of current and potential clients through the development of self-service networks in line with these needs and use the data analysis results with existing and potential clients.


Coordinate with the necessary departments and stakeholders to assess the digitalized experience, ascertain the quality of service delivery, oversee new updates and releases of any digitalized service and verify the transformation into the working environment.


Communicate with external agencies and facilitate new solutions and faster ways to deliver self-service technologies.


 ​Prepare an estimated budget for the Self Service Technology Centre and quality management based on the targets of the digitalized experiment, the quality of the digitalized services provided, and the extent to which they have achieved the desired objectives.

Responsibilities


Innovate and develop products, processes, services provided by the Bank to current and potential clients.


Contribute to developing and innovating business-level functions to increase profitability and reduce operational burdens.


Reach out to startup companies to develop and inaugurate innovations to foster and incubate leading ideas.


Collaborate with external support companies and specialized financial firms to achieve innovation strategies (Blockchain System).


Participation in local and international digital innovation seminars to help develop, improve, and keep up to date with the latest digital innovations.


Utilize the data analysis results for business requirements to reinforce the Bank's digital innovation aspect.


Reaching out to external agencies to make the necessary agreements regarding the digital innovation process.
