Startup Company in Amman needs Personal Assistant ( Female )
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this Startup leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- handling the administration duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
