Job Description: Job Title: Office Manager / Data Entry Job

 Qualifications: Proficient typing/data entry skills; good command of the English Grammar and spelling with good proofreading skills. Summary of Job: Provide reception, record keeping, filing, typing, purchase requisitions and information processing. And procurement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow up on purchases, delivery of goods. Data entry. Assist management. Preparing Purchase orders Coordination of special projects Complete and submit monthly reports Other duties as assigned. Manages staff relations  Monitors contracts and vendor relations. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. Verify and log receipt of data. Transcribe source data into the required electronic format. Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system. Use basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.) Time Type: Full time 6 days send your CV to email
