Hammoudeh Food Industries Co. is looking to attract a candidate in the position of "HR and Payroll Officer” as per the following:  
Job Description
Monitor submissions of approved overtime. Review and ensure accuracy of approved overtime.
Calculating employee work hours.
Calculate bonuses and allowances.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Resolving payroll discrepancies.
Ensure statutory deductions and any other taxes are made by the local Law.
Responsible for the coordination of efforts between Human resources, Finance, compliance and other departments in payroll related issues.
Preparing payroll reports.
Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
All issues related to attendance & payroll.
Skills
Diploma degree in Accounting or any related field.
2-4 years of experience in payroll & human resources.
Advanced computer skills including, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Deadline focused.
Good knowledge in human resources management.
