Pharmaceutical company is looking to recruit QA Manager as below
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that the QMS are followed, reviewed and updated (e.g., CAPA, Deviations, audits, training, calibration, document control, records management, risk management, SOPs)
2. Manage and evaluate activities complaints, deviations, Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
3. Development, review, revision and implementation of SOPs as required
4. Planning and performing internal audits at regular and defined intervals in accordance with a procedure, and following up on any corrective and preventative actions as required to verify activities undertaken, and ensure reliability of data and traceability, to ensure that all the technical department adhere to good practices for quality control, and to verify that the trial report accurately and reflects the data
5. Communicate with the sponsor or inspectors to monitor or perform audits of the studies, and the sites, and to attend the monitoring or the audit visits and follow up quires, findings and complaints
6. Managing company documentation system, validation & qualification system & archiving system
7. Assure continuous upgrading of the quality of services towards quality and assure compliance with the current international guidance and regulations pertaining to company activity.
8. Training system implementation and training in general procedures
9. Prepare and assist in preparing reports and quality trending reports
10. Communicate critical issues and compliance risks noted in technical department activities to top management
11. Review and approve all documents and reports in file of submission
12. Evaluate quality events, incidents and troubleshoots raised through work
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required
B.Sc. degree in chemistry, pharmacy or any related subjects with sufficient experience in quality management systems, research and bioequivalence studies
2. At least 15 years experience practical experience quality system
3. Good management skills and leadership abilities
4. Good communication and negotiating skills
5. Good Computer skills
6. Good command of Arabic and English languages
