We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Manager in Finance Department to support us in our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status, budget, financial forecasts and risk
2. Maintain the financial health of the organization, track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
3. Manage the finance department activities and oversee operations of the finance department
4. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results on a monthly basis
5. Manage the preparation and producing of all financial reports
6. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
7. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
8. Oversee the finance staff and provide training and technical support for them
9. Oversee financial aspects of the program and ensure compliance with company requirements and Internews internal regulations
10. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
11. Manage preparations of internal and external audits, and prepare responses and actions to internal audit comments
12. Supervise the documentation of the department.
Must-Haves:
1. B.A in accounting or any related qualification, with at least 12 of experience in accounting
2. Managerial and leadership skills.
3. Good communications skills.
4. Computer knowledge and excellent command of the English language.
5. Excellent knowledge in computerized financial and accounting systems.
6. Knowledge of human resources and management system.
