1- Convergent Charging and Billing Intern

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation department for a one year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Your Tasks Will Be

• Analyzing marketing requirements and generating related figures and statistics as well as establishing charging systems’ KPIs to maintain performance of the charging function.
• Collaborating with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure functionality of related operations.
• Following up on customer’s problems and complaints as well as handling any fraud related issues or revenue assurance discrepancies and contributing to the prevention of associated causes.
• Programming and scripting for needed tools
• KPI definition and validation.
• Reports generation and validation.
• What Do You Need to Qualify
  The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:
  
  
  - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  - Fresh Graduate.

2-Business Analysis Intern

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Consumer Business department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Your Tasks Will Be

• Analyzing Consumer Segment owners needs and assessing their applicability.
• Elicitation and discussing the requirements with different departments to reach out clear formulated processes and solutions
• Managing the delivery cycle with technical departments till we reach the ready product final stages.
• Documenting the requirements in a very neat and clear way to be sent to technical departments for implementation. 
• Own and facilitate technology-related projects that enable new services to Zain Jordan or improve transformation within its processes.
• What Do You Need to Qualify
  The suitable candidate should have the below requirments:
  - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication Engineering , Computer Engineering or any related field
  - Fresh Graduate.
  Strong documentation skills.
  Research.
  Technology understanding.
